Multi-cultural Fair on April 22nd!

I will introduce about ‘Multi-cultural Fair’. Does anybody want to experience different culture or new experience on campus? We have a multi-cultural fair at 5pm (to 8pm) on April 22nd at king horn. I promise that it would be a great time to experience new culture. The biggest thing is every amazing food is free and you do not have to travel to another country.

Why am I introducing the multi-cultural fair? That is because I am going to make a Japanese food which is ‘karaage’ and ‘yakisoba’! I am so excited to promote my roots for everybody. I will explain what ‘karaage’ and ‘Yakisoba’ are. Karaage is a kind of fried chicken, but it is tasted with soy source, Japanese sweet rice wine, ginger, and garlic. Before frying chicken, we use starch which makes crunchy texture. Please trust me, it is a much better than wow’s chicken tender even if it is freshly fried. Yakisoba is stair fried noodles with pork or seafood, vegetables and a sweet and salty sauce. Both Japanese cuisines are my favorite and really local food.

So, where did I get the grocery for this fair? I went to the Jungle Gyms at Cincinnati Ohio this Monday. Jungle Gym is a huge international market where we can buy everything which are from around the world. It was the first time for me to go there, and it was an amazing place. I did not expect such a huge market, but I lost my way tons of times. In front of the Jungle gym, they have a big statue of giraffe and elephant. They also have good entertainment staff which is a place to take a picture with cutey tomato girl. I strongly recommend you visit there.

Anyway, I will bring my culture on campus on Saturday and at the same time, I am also excited to experience about different culture in Ada!!!!! Again, you do not have to pay for food, nor you do not have to travel. Please come to see me us and I hope you are going to enjoy multi-cultural fair!!!
